The Heights PTO provides opportunities to the Heights parents to give back to the community throughout the year.

MainSpring--KICKS OFF TUESDAY, NOV. 21st!
The MainSpring committee plans, packs and delivers lunches to a local homeless shelter in Brockton. This is an important community service project that Heights students have been participating in for many years.
The students assemble lunches for the residents of MainSpring House in hand-decorated bags, while learning about food insecurity and those who are less fortunate.

Support a local Food Pantry:
In March 2022, the PTO ran a Food Drive to collect non-perishable items to be donated to a local food pantry that serves Sharon.
Items collected included: canned chicken or tuna, peanut butter & jelly, shelf stable milk, hot or cold cereal, coffee or tea, soup, flour, sugar, baking goods, cooking oil and personal care items. Household paper goods were in high demand, too.
We plan to run another Food Drive this school year--keep an eye out for those PTO emails!

Candy Donation Drive:
Heights PTO collects extra candy from Halloween (we all have too much!) and sends it to U.S. troops around the globe. Drop off unneeded sweets outside the office by Friday, Nov.10th.
